Panera Bread

I went in for coffee and pastry. It looks like everything is made fresh there or at least the baked goods are fresh baked from the oven. I go there for fresh bread often. Where I know that it's good quality. The coffee were OK. I'm not sure about other foods on the menu. Maybe some one else can provide an opinion.

Today my order was incorrect for a third time, the previous two times including a wrong sandwich and no sandwich. This happens during lunch rush each time. I understand you’re short staffed and are doing your best. Tried calling to speak to someone privately today, but no one picked up the phone. Sorry to leave a bad review in order to communicate. Please ask your kitchen staff to be more mindful. I’d rather wait a little longer and get it right than have to wait twice as long for the correct order. Thanks and love.

What honestly is this for real? After I put all the broth in the bowl I took a look at how little was left because none fell out and that’s all that was left? How is this $7 I’d pay .99 super unhappy…… like what the heck I’ll literally still be hungry. Ridiculous! Editing post to say trying to eat the bread bowl but instead of being enjoyable all it is soggy bread. Great dinner.

Always fast and pleasant here. Food I believe could be a half step better with some seasoning, but that's being picky. Overall always clean, food arrives correctly. My mother wanted a chai tea (without the sugars and cream) and ordered the only chai on the menu (which was the higher calorie one). She went back up and they apologized saying they did not have that one and was going to give her money back and a free pastry. She said no thank you and to place the money into their tip jar. She ended up getting a basic free coffee they gave her.

Used to be a good restaurant, absolutely garbage now. Last to times I ordered the quality has been so bad. I just got a frozen Carmel cold brew or something along the lines of that. I’m not asking for culinary expertise, but this tastes like someone went in back and poured a bottle of rubbing alcohol in it! I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere :( Edit: I just got to my sandwich. Last time it was bad, and this time it was even worse. This is unfortunate because this used to be my favorite restaurant
