Dunkin'

Worst Dunkin experience ever. First they were out of Boston creams because their filling machine went down. Why they don't have a cake decorating bag handy for such emergencies is beyond me. So we sighed and ordered chocolate glazed. To say they were stingy with the chocolate is an understatement. See pics. Two stars because the drive through person was honest enough to admit their store is in chaos.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Colorado every single time I come here IT is something! Today my avocado toast was not toasted and there was chunks of something hard on top of it. Not even talk about how gross the coffee was I had to throw it out and I'm getting a brand new breakfast. I would definitely recommend driving to a different Dunkin Donuts!

Terrible experience would give 0 stars if I could. I walk in after drive through was packed. Was told lobby was closed although there was 5 people sitting in lobby talking and drinking at 12:00 pm. When I asked the one of five girls working there if the mobile app had updated inventory for selecting a half dozen - she walked away. Then I was ignored for 10 mins while my kids and I waited patiently for our now Mobile order. Then they said they didn’t have it so I ordered again. No one would then cancel the missing order. Others also frustrated. Nice trash all over the floor also and half the staff not wearing masks.

Should have the read the rest of the reviews before going to this location. Basically out of every kind of donut but the workers didn't inform of us of that while standing inside the store. They also won't take an order inside the lobby but will watch me try to order online while standing in the lobby while trying to figure out which donuts they actually had in stock. Left and went to the full stocked and opened Winchells on Kipling and 44th.

I always had trouble at this duncan. They never have what I want. I've been told to try has not been in stock. And no Boston creams ever. Well today I went and got a hot try and was given a coffee wasn't able to use my coupon because the lady was new and didn't know how to work it ask for a receipt they said their receipt printer was not working. I always have trouble at this location. Once I went and they were closed in the middle of the day.

I just went in here when their drive thru was full, and was told by 4 employees standing there they only take mobile orders. Sat, at 11am they wouldn't take my order. Are you kidding me? You're door is open, and you turn away a customer coming actually INTO the store?! This truly is unacceptable, and should not be the way business is heading. Will be contacting corporate on this.

Ordered a bunch of boxes, and didn’t have any major issues. Lady at drive thru didn’t give me my receipt, and when asked she said she can’t give it to me. I said no problem, I’ll wait. I sat in my car next to the window until she got me the receipt. It was all scrunched in a ball and probably was in a trash can she was too lazy to look for. All in all, it’s a Dunkin’s. Not a bad one, and not the best one.

3 staff working, most unorganized and dirty, no soap or tp in bathroom, how do they wash their hands? 1 staff wore gloves to put cash in the register and then grabbed donuts after.. gross ...enjoy eating your Covid donuts..you have no idea what is on that money that then transferred to the donuts they fed people. I Saw another staff do the same. Clearly they are not trained properly. Wearing gloves and ant touching anything else besides food, defeats the purpose. I only ordered coffee and they made it put it with other drinks, a girl came by and said hi what arr youwaiting for " i said a large latte and shesaid ok and proceeded to help the window, i waited another 10 min and it turns out my drink was one of the done ones in there little area , that the staff member was right next to ....seriously? ....DD get you stuff together.
