Burger King

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to. This Burger King is absolutely the worst. Every time we go there, they are out of everything! No burgers, no chicken, no fries. So today we ordered the breakfast platter. Served in a container LID with saran wrap covering it. A croissant that looks an awful lot like a hamburger bun. I have no idea what is going on here but someone needs to figure it out!

I tried the new Whopper melt. It's on some kind of bread, I think maybe sourdough. And it's toasted and it's got lots of melted cheese on it and onions. And they have a couple other versions of it too. This particular Burger King was closed for a couple of months and now the new people are excellent.

ordered 2 burgers and asked for one with (mayo instead of ketchup) and they couldn’t understand what I was asking. They ended up just removing ketchup and I had to go and ask for a side of mayo. Ordered two large drinks and was handed small’s. The lady at the window seemed very annoyed at everything and huffed and puffed out loud when I asked for salt and mayo. Was telling her thank you and she just closed the window and took another order in the middle of me talking. 1/10 experience, the food was good but don’t think I’ll be back to Burger King after this experience.

1 star specifically for the loud guy who's over at this Burger King to supposedly help it because it's been giving terrible service recently (according to him as he bragged about it to a customer). He constantly yelled at the employees the whole time I was there to eat, berating and condescending them. He was treating them like garbage. Just trying to enjoy a meal. The woman working there today was very nice though. Burger King, send other help to this location.

On Tuesday March 15, 2022 I went to the Edgewater Burger King and was disgusted. I bought 2 whopper meals and 2 Jr. Whoppers, and 2 onion rings, they were so cold it was not edible. Never again and I was hoping it had changed. My husband really was eager hoping for a change and now it's worse than before.

This is the worst of Burger Kings. Waited in the driveway thru line for 15 mins and it never moved ahead. So I went inside and waited another 15 mins for 3 people ahead of me to get there orders in. Only one order was taken in that time. I finally left. No one seems to care and walks around without a care in the world while the line just gets longer. Its not this hard people. Just go to a Mcdonalds. They seem to have it down.
