Five Guys

Five Guys is pretty universal no matter where you go. In regards to the food and drinks, it was as expected. The staff were great and nothing bad was their fault. The fault with this place lies entirely on whoever owns this franchise. This restaurant needs some maintenance and care. The Coca-Cola fountain machine was continuously dripping water, so much so that the pickup area was in 2 inches of standing water. The outside patio and building facade needs to be pressure washed.

Fairly slow service but that’s why they have plenty of peanuts for you to eat while you wait the five to ten minutes. Fries 🍟 have been at a low quality, most of the times the fries are drenched in oil as if when making them the oil was not hot enough, needs improvements. Parking is hard at time because of the many other stores in the commons. Overall quality is fair. Management has very low communication skills and I am forced to speak in Spanish because doesn’t understand. Went yesterday and the floor was wet and dirty.
