Second time back in months and trust me when I say this, it’s the sole reason why many others and myself come to Mitsuwa Marketplace. Their Ramen no matter which broth you order is absolutely on point and flavorful. No wonder they’re always crazy busy no matter time of day. Overall incredible Ramen at affordable prices.
We came today earlier than their 11AM opening and already the line was 10 deep.
Too bad I live in New York or else I would be here to three times a week.

Great miso ramen broth. The large was enough for two people to share. For the toppings, the pork and egg were just ok but the bamboo shoots were my favorite part. We got the salmon bowl set and the rice with roe was amazing!

this place is like a favorite movie that you watch over and over again... you don't get tired of it... you get the same feeling everytime... very consistent in the taste... the noodles... the broth... the chashu... the toppings... everything... even the rice dishes are great... if you want to go home extra happy then just go to this place... definitely will give you a reason to come back... every time... cheers!

The best ramen in north jersey for me If not all of NJ. that broth is so rich it shouldn't even be called a broth. If you are looking for an awesome spicy miso ramen , then you have found your place.

I think this is actually better than Ichiran! This ramen shop actually gives larger portions of pork for a cheaper price. I totally would come back. I got the tonkotsu toroniku ramen along with a negi rice bowl combo. Food was great! This restaurant gets swamped though and they do a lot of business via online orders like Seamless.

Great remen, perfectly chewy noodle texture, thick rich soup, nothing to complain.
One thing to note for weekend is that Mitsuwa gets easily packed and this ramen place is located within Mitsuwa supermarket. So it could be challenging to get ramen from here if you pick wrong timing. There was even 10-15min long line when I came around 11am.
