The staff was attentive and precise. The dining room was clean. Did not investigate the restroom, but it was likely clean. I say this after observing the cleanliness of the dining room area and the visible back line area.
The food was typical Wendy's menu food. Wendy's is a staple fast food and in my opinion is better than most other local fast food restaurants. If you want a designer burger, then a fast food chain isn't the place to visit. A three star for a fast food restaurant, in my opinion, is as good as it gets.

I have tried 3 different Wendy’s just making sure it’s not the places. Dave has to be rolling over in his grave. What they have done to this food is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! From fries to chicken to burgers to the so call lettuce. NASTY!!! We use to love Wendy’s. No more. PLEASE CHANGE BACK to the great food you had

We had 9 people. They took our order and within 5 minutes we had our food and it was right. My 3 year old niece spilled her drink amd they were very nice about cleaning it up. The staff was very nice.

I ordered on the Mobile app and then waited on my food for half an hour. I got back on the app to try to check status and I accidentally repurchased my order... So I call the store because there doesn't appear to be a way to cancel on the app and I speak with a manager who then proceeded to tell me that she can't do anything since it's my fault and I did it on the app. I asked if she could just credit the second order since I only needed one and she said no because I ordered on the app. She was very rude which caused me to get rude back and I cancelled the whole order and am now trying to figure out how to get my money back. I have contacted the Corporate online and am now waiting to hear back from them. I normally love Wendy's but this incident has lost my patronage for this establishment. I work in restaurant customer service and the manager at this Wendy's needs to be retrained or replaced.

We ordered 4 meals which all needed a spoon. Chili and frosty. I pay $30 for the food then they say they don't have spoons and can't refund my money. All they had to do was tell me when I ordered at the speaker and we would of drove off to some where else.

Fast, efficient, friendly and thus far my food has been hot, "fresh" and without a long wait. My order is always correct.
