Just got two double whoppers that were absolutely delicious, management (Joni) actually took their time and made fries fresh and walked it out to us. I would definitely for sure recommend burger king in Eaton Ohio when (Joni) is there. Very good!! Thankyou.

The young men working at the drive thru windows were very nice and polite! Service was quick. But our chicken fries were rubbery.

My two youngest grandson's wanted cheeseburgers and fries. They wanted McDonald's, I said no. We went to Burger King. THEY LOVED IT. More meat than bun.

Horrible, I've stopped by here to get dinner about 4 times in the past 3 months. They've been closed each time during dinner time. Tonight at 7pm they were closed to clean fryers.

Went here specifically to get the birthday whopper deal for 37cents, but had a list of other items to order as well for my family. Because I made it to the counter in 17 minutes instead of 15 minutes, the restaurant refused to honor my code from the BK app. As the app will only provide one code per customer, I drove 7 miles into town for no reason. I understand that there has to be a cut-off somewhere for this special birthday whopper deal, but I feel that it shows extremely poor customer service on the part of this particular Burger King franchise to not go ahead and honor the deal in spite of my having missed the cut-off by two whole minutes. I ended up ordering 2 Whoppers for $6.00, but I left here shaking my head and feeling like I had been taken advantage of.
To top it all off, the Whoppers were mediocre at best. Meat patties were gray, buns were soggy and there was so much mayo that it leaked out all sides.

Food and order accuracy is good. Drive thru is super slow, even two cars in front of you is a 10 minute wait. I wasted almost my whole lunch break in line,then had to leave so I can clock back in without getting in trouble. Didn't even get to order.

Such an awesome experience the food was good the drive thru attendant was so nice and the manager was very friendly too I went thru for dinner and got hot food fast would definitely recommend!

When you are able to get a whopper it's usually dried out. But many times you can't even get one because they're out of hamburger
