7-eleven

Left this location moments ago without making a purchase as social distancing was not being enforced and I did not find what I wanted. As I was leaving a cashier called me out to ask if I needed anything, something that's never happened before..There were 2 police officers on line at the time I believe that I was called out as a person of color. Strange as I've seen non people of color walk out of the store without paying and have never been called out. Needless to say I will never set foot inside of another 7-11 if this is the practice.

I hope I could put a none star.... -0 in infinitive. Customer service is not bad, it is null, it doesn't exist. They don't have idea what customer service means... Next time they need to have even napkins to their customer after 2 pm. The young man that was yerterday at that time refused to give me napkins. Thank you young man for that. It was the third time that he did that against me. Don't go to this store

Female clerk with a nasty "i know it all" attitude. The fresh ground coffee machine come to find out was messed up. Found out when i left and tasted only a hot water taste. I go back and tell the female clerk and she wants to argue with me that thats how it comes. Another customer and coworker confirmed that every flavor was just hot water taste. Now when i go for my refund free coffee, she tells me im trying to take advantage. The app even says fresh coffee or its free. I want my refund. I go to many 7-11s all over and spend daily to be accused of trying to get over on a coffee. If you dont have customer service skills or know how things work why are you there giving opinions. I showed the app where it says fresh or free. Clueless. Receipt says CST when we are in EST 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

It's a 7-Eleven. You're going to get 7-Eleven food and drinks there. No better or worse than others in the area. I do have to say that they have some good coffee and creamer options there. The rewards system there is a joke but that's corporate, not them. This is not accurate but it's basically like this: Tier 1 you get free candy bars and whatnot, 2 you get sodas and chips, and 3 you get a water bottle and other "healthy" options. How does making water more valuable in the tiers than soda make sense? Redo this to make water and healthy food less expensive.
