Dunkin'

Place is a dumpster fire for customer service. Stood at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even said "someone will be tight with you" 15 minutes after walking in I was finally able to place my order. They prioritize the drive thru to such a degree that if you aren't driving, I would highly recommend going somewhere else

I really give places and people the benefit of the doubt but after continuously terrible experiences I figure it's not going to change. If you want to continuously receive the wrong order, watch high schoolers argue infront of you while ignoring you, listen to their entire drama as you patiently wait for your coffee, then be handed the wrong order and shooed away anyway, this is the place for you. It takes a lot for me to get online ans write a review but after seeing the drive thru line backed up as far as it was because their DISTASTEFUL bashing of another employee was more important is ridiculous! Get it together

This Dunkin Donuts is extremely mediocre. The food is bland and sometimes cold but not terrible. Speaking of which, the coffee here tastes like dirty water - avoid it at all costs - that is if you don't like dirty water in your mouth. Donuts are usually alright - but that is assuming they actually HAVE donuts in stock. As far as ambience inside the place, it's a bit dirty and sparse but not a bad place be. In summation, that is exactly what this place is: not terrible, but by no means good.

This is the absolute worst dunkin donuts I have been to. This place alone made me never want to visit a DD ever again. Worst customer service I have had. I asked for light ice in my macchiato, and they filled it up half way due to the request. I told them I would pay more for added milk, and they refused my request. I have only had one good experience at this place, and it was with a great younger kid that helped me. It seems like the older staff do not care about customer service when compared to the younger staff.
