Pizza Hut

This pizza hut is so bad. We ordered online with curbside delivery and ended up waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot after alerting them I was there only to be told they don't do curbside (like the site says). When I got home the pizza looked like it was cut with no regard to any other cut. The middle looked like a triangle cut into 6 random pieces (normally all the cuts meet in the middle and you get 8 equal slices. Just order from a local pizzeria. This place is powered by nostalgia for better times.

Actually I'm rating pizza hut with zero stars. Last night I never received my order and no one ever answered the phone when I tried to find out what was happening. After several calls I contacted their corporate number and asked for a refund. After waiting over 2 hours for my food and not getting it I ordered Dominos and got it in a half hour. THAT'S service

Ordered a medium pizza, it's 1 inch smaller than the box along each side. It took them 30 minutes to make one cheese pizza. We asked for disposable plates, they were out. We asked for paper napkins, they were out of that too. A ready to eat food business does not have paper napkins, how is that possible?

waited 70 minutes for a delivery to have it show up with missing items. I called the store several times, was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. called back, was transferred to a vm. I realize mistakes happen, but I either should have been credited for the missing items or they should have been delivered. I paid for it ahead of time, tipped 15%, and didn't receive the food I paid for. Edit: manager did call and comped me what was owed and a tad more. Explained to me that after a few calls they transfer to a call center.

Long story short I ordered ahead and it was corporate mess up they changed the date or the next day. That’s not why one I’m giving this one star though. The one star is because the manager told me she would call me … in which I had to call back and the compensation for not having the pizza ready or anything was they would deliver it for the same cost which would cost me another five dollars for the tip for the delivery driver and their exclamation was “Don’t worry about tipping the driver“ I’m sorry but if that’s how you treat your employees… to burn the delivery driver for tip I’ll never ordered here again… management is horrible. totally don’t care about their employees.
