Were there in start of 2022, met a nice young lad that was really helpful yeah. He didn't yell at me when i asked questions. Should have given the boy a raise because he was smart, good looking, sexy, kind, smart, nice, repsectfull, cool and smart (In a game). But he doesn't work there now sadly. hihi

It's a bit of a shame that this place is closing down. Food was pretty standard fayre - burger and fries, potato skins, onion rings etc - price was reasonable and service was good.
The overall restaurant just felt a bit sad and unloved, probably because it's closing, though the toilets were very clean.
I'd visit again, but probably won't have a chance!

Visited here with some work colleagues. The lady serving us was lovely and attentive. Two of us required gluten free which wasn’t a problem. The only disappointing thing was that there’s only one GF starter. The HF pizza was lovely! I’ll be back for another

I haven't been to Frankie and Benny's for ages after a rubbish meal in Basingstoke. Took the kids today and have to say I was really impressed. We had pizzas and desserts and the food was surprisingly really good. 10/10 for the service too. Super Mario was great with my kids and was excellent at his job. Give the man a payrise. Had a good time. Thank you!

It was not thee greatest of experience. Had our starter and 3 mins later the main turned up and we couldn't eat it. Half hour wait for the starter. Which we didn't mind. But to bring your main 3 mins after starter isn't good. Spent a good amount of money in there aswell.

Had a amazing dinner here with my partner was really busy but service was on point.
Food was amazing will defenetly be back.

We came for dinner tonight and we were served by Mario. He was amazing and definitely gave us 5* service! He was always checking back to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anymore drinks etc!🍹frankies is definitely the place to go!!

Great place for families & couples & always enjoy their music played in the back ground plus they always keep their toilets clean & very friendly hopeful staff...they always sort our birthday cakes to bring out ,only downside is all drinks are expensive & if lowered prices would probably get more families coming thru their doors x

Latest visit, April 2022,for an early evening meal.
Not very busy at the time of our visit , but a steady increase in customers while we were there.
Very good service. Meals served very quickly, hardly any waiting..
Enjoyable visit.
A Sunday evening (October 2019) and a visit with the family. Food was not as good as previous visits , very disappointing and have lowered my rating. Sirloin steak meal poor. No complaints about the staff.
Drinks usually slow to arrive, delays after ordering and time to arrive at table.
The previous return visit was made at lunchtime when the food and service were satisfactory. (August 2019)
Full menu or lunchtime menu available.
Very clean facilities both in Ladies and Gents.
Standard Frankie & Benny restaurant.
Parking easiest in the lower or upper levels of the Swan Centre.
