The Manager on 12/31/21 Very rude needs to get her point across doesn’t stop
to listen kept over talking but still not listening order was incorrect over charged worried what her co workers co signed but still didn’t listen tone of voice very rude needs more training on professionalism. Not sure what kind of day she was having but I never once experienced someone so rude taking an order and when called back same attitude. Was offered a refund but I will have my food tested for any type of tampering with at this point

Usually ok, the long line at the drive-thru moved quickly at 8:45 a.m. on a weekday. But this is supposed to be an everything bagel, toasted. It is neither. I don’t mean they picked the wrong kind of bagel, I mean where’s all the “everything” that’s supposed to be on top??? Ironic that it’s barely warmed, since commercial toasters usually burn bagels, at least on the edges. This one must’ve gone thru lightning fast! With butter, well, barely, but all DD’s are always skimpy with the butter & cream cheese.

Wow they have the most younget workers in this store why do I need to see some young boys underwear and him picking himself. Not good if you see this I would like my money back.

Very slow and unorganized. They never have all of the food they list on the menu.

I placed and On the Go order. I arrived at the store 5 minutes after I placed the order and it was not ready I waited another 11 minutes before my order was made. 16 minutes for an On the Go order is unacceptable. I'd think twice before going to this location. This should be a 1/2 of a star.

Went to my neighborhood Dunkin. Ordered 2 simple sandwiches. Guess they hadn't used the grill in a while, they said my order would take about 10 mon, so they offered me anything that did not require the grill at no cost. So I got a bagel with cream cheese for my breakfast tomorrow. Antonio was such a nice guy!!!

This dunkin is the worst!!!!! Trying to order always takes forever this time they say how can I help you tell them is that it? I try to order the next thing and instead of listening he’s having a conversation with someone else… 7:15pm really!? A conversation waited about 2 min and decided to leave.

Very accurate and fresh. Clean, inside and out. The only issue here, are the workers. Most of them are rude, gossip about customers that just left. Talk down to you. Just look and act like your bothering them. The ones with the coloured hair are the worst. My family has stopped going there.
