Food always fresh...wait staff are nice, atmosphere is relaxing. You can create your own experience. Salad bar is all you can eat!

I have eaten here many times over the years and normally have a good experience. This time I ordered my normal 8 oz.. top sirloin medium. What I got was a 1" wide, 1" thick x 4" long correctly cooked sirloin. I said to the waiter that I had ordered an 8 oz. steak and he said that was. I owned a restaurant for many years and worked in the meat business and I know what weights are My steak was between 4 to 4.5 oz. The waiter should have sent the manager over, but he was new and not trained properly. We waited for almost 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and brought drinks. He was friendly and definitely trying. Needless to say my experience was spoiled tonight.

We came on a Friday night but the restaurant was noticeably empty. The whole time we were there, there were perhaps two other small families who came in. The salad bar is fantastic and the main reason why I gave three stars, as well as our polite and helpful server. We ordered steaks, and to our dismay, they were not grilled but broiled. That was a huge disappointment and money better spent at a different restaurant.

I visited Ruby Tuesday on a Saturday (6/2/18) for dinner with my girlfriend, father and stepmother. We arrived near dinner time, just after 5pm and there was no waiting period to be seated. The hostess was very pleasant. Our waitress was nice enough and took our orders in a timely manner. The food was good as it usually is, but I waited for a drink refill for quite some time. I understand the service industry and I know servers get busy so I didn't have a major issue in waiting. However, once we'd finished our meals, I wanted to just sit and chat for a bit as I don't get the opportunity to see my father very often. (He's older and has some major health complications.) Once we had paid for the meal and tipped our server, they started hovering. The restaurant was at less than 50% capacity and a server and a female member of management made a few trips around the table, interrupting our conversation. We all felt pressured to leave. At this point it had been approximately 5-7 minutes since we'd completed our transaction. I could understand if we were holding them back from seating new customers, but like I said, they were at less than 50% capacity and there were no customers waiting. I'm not happy with how our experience ended there and I believe the next time we're seeking a meal and conversation, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Waitress was annoying as hell! Seemed nervous and visited the table way too many times. I was on a date and in no hurry, we felt rushed, plus she interrupted every conversation starter. She was told three times we need privacy, but didn't get the point. #incompetent. My only complaint. Food was a little off, but nonetheless I was annoyed. The fact no one responds to these reviews is a direct insult.

Loved it, I ordered the kale chicken ceasar salad, it was AMAZING! Rachel the girl who took my order was very sweet and gave us plenty of extra dressing on request. The menu was very nice everything looked great. I would totally go back. Highly recommend!

Waitress wore dirty smock, jeans, and tennis shoes. Food came out over 30 min. span. One of us done before the other received meal. Restaurant marginally clean. Staff uninterested and gather at bar to talk instead of taking care of customers. Salad bar below par-not fresh. Meals come with items missing--like fries. Drinks not refilled unless you flag someone down. Even mgr on duty was dressed sloppy. Restaurant has really gone downhill the last couple years.

The Place<br/><br/>This Ruby Tuesday is located at 6092 Calhoun Memorial Hwy, Easley, SC 29640. It is the typical Ruby Tuesday, casual atmosphere with American fare, featuring burgers, a salad bar, cocktails & a friendly social vibe. Table and both seating in a relaxed environment. This Ruby's is in need of some TLC.<br/><br/>The Menu<br/><br/>Good salad bar with a complete menu offering. We usually get salmon or one of their burgers. That said, we ordered a Ruby's Classic Burger, onion rings, and a Grilled Salmon with onion rings and fresh steamed broccoli. The salmon was flavorful and good the onion rings were average at best the broccoli was good. The burger was good but not over the top. <br/><br/>The Service/Experience/Value<br/><br/>Our service was good and with the coupons they email us it's always a good value. Leadership is key in any operation and their leadership at this location needs to take it the next level.

This was my go to place for a good salad. I found a blonde piece of hair in my salad. When I told the waitress, she had the manager come out, the manager wanted to know if I knew where on the salad bar I might have gotten the hair!! They took the salad bar off of my ticket, but still charged me for the diet coke!!! THE 1.5 rating is too high to give, I am just done!!
