Taco Bell

If I could give negative stars I would. I am consistently disappointed in this Taco Bell. The last 4 orders I’ve had has been incorrect. The first order, a Crunchwrap supreme, was missing the tostada shell! How do you forget the crunch in the crunch wrap. The second time I went here I ordered 2 burritos and another Crunchwrap hoping to actually have a good one, and the crunch wrap was missing from my order! The third time, I was with family and while it was a larger order, I understand mistakes will happen, we were missing two tacos. And the fourth and FINAL time I will ever come here I, again, ordered two Crunchwraps and two burritos, hoping if I ordered two they wouldn’t forget it, AND I RECEIVED THREE TACOS!!!! I went back to get my CORRECT order and when I received it one of the crunchwraps was only half full, one had what looks like metal shavings (it shined in the sun and didn’t disintegrate like ash would) on the tortillas and a freaking hair in the lettuce. HOW DOES THIS CONTINUALLY HAPPEN! I work in food service myself so I understand mistakes but this is insane. Your food cost must be shot. Every time I call no one EVER answers the phone. I love Taco Bell, I used to eat it every day for lunch (literally every day) but now it is absolutely ruined. This is pathetic.

Ordered dorito loco tacos and a crunchy something supreme in the drive through of the Easley SC Taco Bell. They screwed up the order, shocking…we failed to check it before driving home, shame on us. We drove back and explained our order was messed up. They apologized and offered give us our correct order. Around 20 minutes later we still didn’t have our food. I asked what was up and was told the orders are filled in the order they are received and I explained we ordered our food in the drive through 20 minutes earlier and we wanted our correct order sometime soon. Amazingly they managed to get our complex order to us within the next 5 or so minutes. During my time waiting I observed a great example of what happens when a gaggle of untrained and unmotivated individuals try to function with very little leadership. They promised free food with our next visit. Won’t be cashing those in, won’t be going back. Bad service and mediocre food do not encourage repeat customers.

I have eat taco bell all over the US. But, this taco bell in Easley SC was the best by a long shot. I thought when I saw the line.. but in less than a minute I was getting my food. The kid at the window gave me a smile and extra mild sauce. He was so polite. And the food was hot and delicious. I think they put a secret touch on it because I am crazy over there burritos now. I can't get enough. Great service ! Great food! Fast! And amazing! Thanks you guys for Easley taco Bell! You rock!!

I would give it zero stars but there's not a. Option. I placed a mobile order for pick up when I got to the store there was no order to be picked up it took almost an hour and fortey five minutes to get food and when I got my food it wasn't even what I ordered. When in I asked to speak to management there was no one there to speak to when I informed that my order was wrong the employee just looked at me. Out of the 3 combos ordered only one was correct.
