Fatz

There were 6 to 7 tables seated in the entire restaurant and they say a table right next to us and when we asked about the 6 foot social distancing policy we were told they were allowed to seat at full capacity. If they were busy I could understand that but as you'll see by the pictures they weren't even at 1/4 capacity

This was my first time going to Fatz Cafe, since we do not have this restaurant chain in Maryland and I must say that I was quite impressed. The service at this location was excellent, the $2 margaritas were mixed well, and my food was delicious. I ordered the steak, shrimp and chicken tenders entree and everything on my plate was tasty. The portions was quite large and I felt like I was getting my money's worth.

Giving two stars just based on our servers having nice attitudes. We called ahead as we had a large party and were told we would have a section for us all to sit at. We get here and we get told that they have a table and 3 booths for us to sit at. We ended up sitting outside with all the tables pulled together to accommodate out group. Now I understand getting a meal out for a large group can be difficult. It took well over an hour for most of the food to come out, including my son's "box" Mac and cheese. Seriously it looks like the $1 box you get a Walmart. My wife and daughter ordered the hamburger steak and it came out burnt as charcoal. The char on it was so bad it was all you could taste. The manager was at least willing to take it off our bill. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Once again. The server was the only reason why this place didn't get one star.

Well let's see, they are out of barbecue, brisket, lemonade, and scallions! The lemonade is kind of confusing, meaning that it is fresh squeezed lemonade and I know there's lemons around here so how hard would it be to go get some lemons and make somebody some fresh-squeezed lemonade? Overall a very dissatisfying experience!

The fried chicken was burnt beyond belief we were told by the waitress that the manager cooked it and the grease needed to be changed but that wasn't the case it was just burnt also we asked for dark meat which is a leg and a thigh. The waitress left and came back and said that the cook told her that the leg was white meat when I corrected her she giggled and said she ate nuggets and strips so she don't know. I had ordered some pineapple chicken and cheese fries and that order was wrong as well. We then asked to speak with the manager she then came out the food hadn't been touched yet and we were ready to go. She apologized and tried to sub it out but the kicker is we had already waited a hour on a Monday at lunch time to get what we had a total of 5 customers were in the restaurant. We were still charged for my meal which was a special the 2 for 19.99 and I ended up paying a total of 16.00 and some change . I have worked all kinds of jobs as a manager and it all should have been free. She made the order of cheese fries and let me know that it was a full order and that the best she could do and those were made wrong and nasty and old. I will never go back to this place again and it was one of our favorite places to go. Bottem line is they need to do better.

Very disappointed in our meal, the medium-well steak was not cooked per order (red inside) the pasta Alfredo had no sauce at all (I guess they thought I wouldn't notice) I asked for sauce on it & the waiter finally returned & said they were out of Alfredo sauce. I asked why it was served if they were out of sauce for the dish, but didn't get an answer. I returned the dish & explained I didn't want the dish without any sauce & returned it. When we got our bill, the pasta Alfredo was still charged to us. My husband spoke with the manager, he was very rude to my husband & said fine, I'll just take the whole bill off then. My husband then told him that won't be necessary but we will not return to this restaurant ever, & we paid our bill. Here is the photo of the medium-well steak. Lol.
