Who’s got the meat? NOT this Arby’s! My husband had the new wagu with bacon… we thought it was the wrong item until he opened it up… seems “shrinkflation” has hit Arby’s too. So disappointing that it’s actually dismal. The only saving grace is their curly fries and 3-pepper sauce. The lemonade has a tinny, artificial taste to it too. Awful experience.

As far as fast food goes, I like Arby's. I think the sliders are a good value. Wanted to get the buffalo chicken sliders along with some roast beef. They were out of the chicken. So I ordered several roast beef. What I really like is getting roast beef and the Horsey Sauce. When they asked me what kind of sauce, I asked for Horsey Sauce. I let me know they were out of that too. Honestly, if I had known when I made my order, I probably would have gone next door and got a burger instead. I got things are tough and having things in stock is a challenge but maybe you should be a little bit more up front about things are out of that identify you for the food you offer. Will I be back? Yes. But if I go back and they are out of things and I don't get told before I order, I won't be going back very much more.

Went in three days ago for a lettuce wrap was told any sandwich could be put on on Lettuce wrap. Big wigs were in store telling them what a good job they do. Went in today to get a sandwich lettuce wrap and was informed that it had to be in a bowl on a bed of lettuce. Poor service, poor management. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, they don’t serve everyone. Person with a tall brimmed hat was very rude and not helpful at all.

The young kids you have working there do not like their jobs and it shows. They sold me French dip with barely even a sip of the au jus because it was so close to closing time they needed to throw it away. Note, it was approximately 7:30 when I went through drive-thru. Your manager Jacob was to young to be managing and definitely did not know anything about customer service. Worst customer service I've had in 30 years. I'm glad I don't own this franchise.
