Pizza Hut

Well...I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so today. We’ve ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut in Eagle for some time. It is convenient and close to the home. Today I went to pick up my order and had to use the restroom. Sadly, it appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. It was nasty and sticky. Cleanliness is important to me and keeping a restroom that dirty demonstrates their quality of service. To top off the experience my kids found two separate strands of hair in their piece of pizza. I have officially boycotted this restaurant. Sorry Pizza Hut. :-(. Just a bad experience I’m not willing to take a chance of repeating.

Had to write a good review after reading some of the 'lesser' ones. You can't beat their specials, like a large 3 topping pizza for around $8 - delicious and we would order the same again. (and they give you another coupon) The last take out pizza we ordered was from Dominos and it was awful! Way to go Pizza Hut!

Too bad there is no option for zero stars. This place ruined our Mother’s Day/3 year old’s Birthday party. We had 15 guests, mostly hungry kids. We ordered the pizzas at 11:00 as the space we rented had to be vacated at 1:00. Around 12:15 still no pizzas. Multiple calls to the restaurant were transferred directly to their call center( employees with no clue). Hot, hungry restless kids waiting for pizza so we could have Birthday cake, I finally got in my car and drove there. The guy at the counter tells me the order got mixed up and the driver went to the wrong place, but not to worry “the pizzas were currently in the oven!! Now, I was in the food service business for more than 10 years, so I tend to be overly forgiving, but I must admit I was less than kind. Maybe they were doing a booming delivery business, because there wasn’t a single soul in the restaurant, or maybe they are really just incompetent. Either way, it was beyond disappointing.

We redeemed free pizza coupons here that our kids got from the school reading program - which I appreciate. The staff person was friendly and service was fast. But, from torn booths to sticky floors to barely mediocre tasting pizza... I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Idaho Pizza Company (across the Street from this location) is far superior in ambience and product.

Somehow my carryout order hadn't made it through online, so when I got there, of course nothing was there to pick up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris, the manager, and he was absolutely professional, apologized, tried to figure out what happened, and then made sure my order was put in with the online and special Wed pricing. And because of my troubles, he gave me a discount. My pepperoni pizza was loaded with pepperoni and the chicken wings were absolutely fantastic! Wish I had gotten more! My whole family was happy and loved it. Thank you, Chris! What great customer service!

There may be a nice Pizza Hut franchise left somewhere in the chain, but this isn’t it. This place is rough from start to finish. The food is poor but just about everything else is worse. It’s like they’ve stopped trying. The staff is pleasant enough but struggles, booth benches are torn, delivery driver almost hit a kid as he hammered it across the parking lot. Freezing inside (maybe around 50-55 degrees). Asked staff if the furnace was broken and she laughed and said that it wasn’t but that it just doesn’t work very well. They make McDonald’s look fancy. It’s a dump. Giving it one star because it’s the Christmas season.

As soon as I opened the first door going in I automatically noticed how dirty the floor was. Upon sitting down to eat, the table was filthy, sticky and still had the previous customers crumbs on it. The salt and pepper shakers with so sticky that it left residue on your fingers. There advertising swatches were also sticky. The salad was dirty and 1/2 the container were empty, the olives were water logged so we're very soggy. The only thing that was good was the pizza. I don't recommend eating here. We went at the peak of lunch and the only person eating in there was another staff member.
