I placed and PAID for an online order 02/12/22. When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked (11:45am) and the employee said that they will NOT open the doors for me OR make my order because they were busy with a larger online order. I asked for my money back and they refused. I had to GO BACK that day at 4pm (when the doors were unlocked) and ask for my money back. Someone named CODY is the owner/manager and if he is reading this, you and I need to talk. Please reply to this review with times when you will be at the store.

Last three times I have visited this store it has fallen under expectations. They are constantly out of products for your sandwiches and never have any cookies available.
Today I went in and got 2 sandwiches, cost was around $16.00. Got home and both the sandwiches were made on hard stale bread. The ends were rock hard and the whole sandwich crunched when squeezed together. Neither of these sandwiches got toasted.
I called the store to inform them of the stale bread and the man said I could come back and theybwould remake them. I asked if tha meant my sandwiches wouldnt have stale bread and he paused and said "well.. umm.. we will do our best to accommodate you." I hung up. Cant even guarente a remake would be on fresh bread.
Subway eat fresh? Yeah not at this location.
I dont know if they are understaffed or what but food quality should be top priority for a food place. If i can tell the bread is stale before i unwrap the sandwich then why can't the employee tell the bread is stale when they grab it off the shelf? You sell sandwiches which means if you grab a stale loaf off the shelf, you throw it away and find a fresh one, am i wrong?
Why is giving your customers food that is no longer good a thing at this location? You should want your customers to have a good experience and to come back time and time again. Instead you push out trash for food and anyone who asks will be told to stay clear of this location.
You need to get your act together. It almost seems like you need corporate up in your store to get you back on track, but what do I know right?

I come to this location quite often and the service is always fantastic. The staff are quick to serve. You can tell they really strive to make your visit enjoyable. The sandwiches are always fresh tasting and overall satisfying.

The worst service I've ever received from this franchise. It took 20 minutes for them to serve three customers. They were crossing over themselves. Customers were jumping in line. And customers were allowed to add to their order online holding up the till for another 5 minutes.

They were very busy today. Really felt rushed while ordering our food. Iced tea was not made but we had already ordered the drinks. With all the people in line it didn't make sense to try to get a refund. We don't drink soda or diet drinks. We come to Subway for their unsweet iced tea. The tea was not made and when the fellow made it he didn't put the bag in right and it came out looking like weak lemonade. However, on a positive side my order was correct and the food was good.

I order from here a lot, for I work 3 mins away. I suggest that your employees be more consistent in orders, especially online orders that give written instructions. I can tell when a sandwich was made with little to no effort, and some will have 2-3 toppings missing. A couple times I was basically given a lettuce sandwich. I know it's not all employees that work here, for some do a great job. Just giving a little encouragement for all employees to be more thorough and have better attention to detail.

They messed up 2 our 4 sandwiches tonight. They added my Swiss cheese to my son's sandwich when it was supposed to be pepperjack. She just didn't listen at all. The Swiss was for my veggie sandwich. I caught them adding it it to his and mentioned it was for my sandwich not his. When asking before I left if they added my Swiss cheese to my sandwich they said yes and looked at it to verify. No Swiss cheese was on mine which is baffling. They lied. No cheese on mine, and they also forgot my red onions on my veggie. Pretty upset that our orders were screwed up and the employees didn't listen to me when walking through what I wanted on our sandwiches. Also the bacon was left off the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Nobody offered to fix the errors when I caught the errors when in line. I didn't want to make things worse as the line behind me was getting long. I never leave reviews but service was pretty bad tonight at this location. This is why I prefer other places like Jersey Mikes. They always fix their sanwich errors when it happens, which is rare.
