Baskin-robbins

Update 6/11: stopped by for a Dunkachino. They gave us “coffee” that tasted like hot water. Stopped on the BR side - ice cream selection is poor. Snickers one I did have tasted like freezer burned ice cream. Disappointed. Didn’t get my free donut on donut day, even though we went few minutes after store opened. However, we visited again today and were very pleased with the service and the ice cream quality. My only complaint is lack of certain flavors (cAke batter or pistachio).

Went here with our three teenage kids on spring break. Waited 5 minutes before we got waited on and they knew we were there they could see us We were the only ones there. Seem like they were out of a lot on the menu or said they couldn't make them. When my son asked for a Sundae Royale they told him they couldn't make it cuz it wasn't in their computer system to charge for. So I asked if they could just make it up and charge for each item separately and she said no that was illegal. Be at that's how she made my Sunday. there was three of them in there working and they all were rude and to top it off we were in there at 7:30 and online it said they don't close till 9:00 but they were already shutting all the lights off and closing up. And when I asked for spoons the lady glared at me and then went and got them. I wish we had read the reviews before we went there.

I just want to thank the staff! the wife, 5 year old daughter just went there, all dressed in our pj's we pull up to pay realize I forgot my wallet the wife took her cc out of the back of her phone, we had no money, the wife tried to hook up Apple pay quick but that didn't work out. so the fantastic staff decided the would pay for us! never felt so bad in my life. Big thanks and you guys will have customers for life now!

Ice cream is good, service is friendly, but no one seems to know what to do. Wife got a shake that came out super runny. They used hot syrup which melted the ice cream. I asked for a two scoop sundae and they didn't seem to know what toppings were available. I got two scoops of nice ice cream with a glob of peanut butter on one side. Seemed like there was about a dozen people working and bumping into each other. Hope it gets better. I have such great memories of 31 Flavors as a kid.

The parking lot is super small, we had to park on the street. You order separate for Dunkin and Baskin Robbins, but there is no signage saying that, only one pick up sign for both areas. The staff isn't very friendly from my overall experience. Visited today for Father's Day, I went to get my dad chocolate chip ice cream as a surprise gift since it's his absolute favorite. The associate who helped me was rather rude from the beginning. Since they didn't have any of the prepacked ice cream I had to get a "fresh packed" container. He didn't seem thrilled that I ordered this. A line quickly grew behind me, when he was finished I paid and said "thank you so much" but he literally said nothing and went to the next person and in a snarky tone apologized for the wait. I was friendlier than the employee during the entire interaction. While I was in the store waiting for my ice cream I also helped people who didn't understand where to order while the associate at the Dunkin counter just stood there. Pretty poor service.
