Smashburger

Unbelievably terrible service! I've given the employees the benefit of the doubt 3 separate times but today is the 4th time IN A ROW! I showed up at 1029 and they were not open. The gentlemen at the counter sipping on his milkshake looked at me and looked away. At 1038 the door was still locked and nobody was up front. Finally someone opens the door at 1050 after multiple knocks on the door. He says sorry and I order my large smash fries. I wait 7 minutes and 7 seconds according to their counter until a 16 year old walks over and takes my fries and puts them in a bag and says here. I ask for a manager. He said the guy who opened for was the manager named Adrian. He had already left the store. This is a similar situation to 3 other separate experiences.

Ordered from here on 3/12 using door dash. My 1st time eating from a smashburger. Ordered Smash tots, Twin cities burger, & oreo shake & man oh man was this THE best burger ever!! I was blown away by how great it all tasted. The onions on my burger were marinated in garlic or something & made the burger delicious!! The seasoning on the tots was awesome, none of it salty. Milkshake was thick & delicious!! A full trucker is a happy trucker!!!!!

Oh man where do I start??? Never been to a smashburger before and I could eat here for every meal! The staff here are awesome! Food was cooked to perfection and I'm not a burger guy at all and wow! Just amazing I wish I would have came here along time ago! I have been here 3 times now and absolutely no complaints! The manager is awesome and wants you to have the best and makes sure that your meal is nothing short of 5 stars!

I love Smashburger, especially the Eagan location. The employees are so friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing and at a decent price. The last order with them I placed online but wanted to change something last minute so I called and the store and this girl helped me right away and was so sweet about it. The restaurant is usually busy when I go so that's a good sign. They have a cute little patio area and the indoor area is cozy. Their smash fries are soooo amazing and their burgers are mouthwatering! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I used to love this place. The burgers were amazing and perfectly cooked with a delicious bun. But now they have begun to cut costs and cut corners. The place is dirty and the employees are not very well trained. The burgers are still good, bit everything else about the place suggests that it's a crummy dive. It's not great, but if you don't mind all that stuff it still might be worth coming.
