Like all the recent reviews state, not very good. Didn't know the order when we went to pick up. The beef brisket was extremely dry and over cooked, with little smoke ring. The ribs, while good, are ridiculously priced at $21 bucks for a very small portion. Should be more like $14. The sauces were pretty good. All the sides were not good at all. Beans were under cooked, although flavorful. The coleslaw was extremely bland, had to add our own salt, pepper and mayo. The Mac n cheese was overcooked and tasted like cheese wiz, with a burnt glob of cheese on top. The corn bread was ok, but was cold and we had to reheat it. I dont think the chocolate shake was actually a shake, more like soft-serve. Based on some of the replies to other reviewers on here, it doesn't seem like it's going to get any better. Barely squeezed out a 2 star, the flavor of the ribs saved from a 1. Won't be going back here.

They were not busy but the service was great. Only took around 5 minutes to do my order. Ribs were pretty good. Lots of different sauces to choose from. They also have some tasty desserts. A few outdoor tables and adequate seating inside. The dining area and rest rooms were clean and well stocked. I will return if in the area again.

Nice Eco friendly togo boxes, mediocre food at best. I live about 7 minutes away and arrived 5 minutes early, the food was ready, Hmmm. Only one table of 4 people at 6pm.The two not busy cooks are just talking. I took the bag food home to find dissapointment city in the nice boxes.They advertise 1/2 lb brisket burgers or 8oz of edible portion. After cooking, the burger should yield 6oz of edible portion. The thoroughly cooked burger was 5oz with the bacon and 4.2 oz of dry burger alone. I paid .99 cents for the 2 slices of bacon, just like everywhere and .99 for about a heaping1oz portion onions, what??? Lettuce and tomato are not offered.The fries looked like they used to be good, but were old, barely warm and limp. My wife's Pul Chicken (Wet) was dry, she stopped eating it and the Mac and cheese fine and tasty but not hot.

This is another must visit. We hadn't been to this newer location yet and we weren't disappointed. We had the three meat Hobo platter (we chose the brisket, pulled pork and chicken). Absolutely delightful! I highly recommend you try it! The 1280 Patriot burger was also tried with BBQ'ed beans. Holy cow (no pun intended), that was awesome. Just phenomenal flavor! Believe it or not, they also have fantastic milkshakes. My suggestion? The caramel! It's a must have! I hope this helps. Cheers.

Really good, didn't expect much from Minnesota BBQ, but they know what they're doing here. The meats and sides my girlfriend and I had were cooked perfectly and the portions were nice. I had the ribs with Mac and cheese and she got this loaded bowl thing with pulled pork. A little pricey but worth it for a "day out". The sauces were definitely the stars of the show.

Delicious! I ordered The Hobo with pulled pork! It was made to order. It comes with Mac n cheese, baked potato, topped with Cole slaw, cheese sauce, beans and of course the pulled pork! You can choose up-to 3 meats! Plus there’s a range of 8 bbq sauces that you can sample from sweet to savory to spicy hot!
