I actually really like the food here and it certainly is a good value as prices are cheap and they have no issue with customers stacking bowls. I wish they would use better meat than the thin rolled pieces even if it cost more and had more expansive selection for things to put in bowl. So, it is good enough, but I have been to much better Mongolian grills. It is a little rundown on inside and not very inviting. The ordering process is bizarre to me as well.

It was my first time at Bali Hai Mongolian Grill. It took me a moment to understand how to order my food but the staff was really helpful and walked me through the process. The food is delicious and if you know how to stack the bowl properly you get a lot of food as well. I'll be definitively coming back.

Nice place with good and affordable food. Recommended for a quick eat. Price by pound now, 7-10 dollars per order would give you a stomach full.

Food is good, however, they changed there pricing from per bowl to weighing your order by the pound. The issue I have is they put in a ton of rice which I didn't eat but 1/3 of the rice (probably $5 worth of rice.) Suggest when ordering to request the portion of rice you want to maintain a reasonable price.

Generic Mongolian grill. Limited choice of protein and veggies. Meat is shaved thin, curled, and frozen. Bowls,are very small. You can crush the meat down or order 2 bowls to get a decent portion of protein and veggies. However food tastes good and restaurant is clean, friendly, and quick service.

It's good, but the containers they give you are styrofoam and they did not put any liners in them

If you haven't been. You got to go. The obsolete best stir fry. Delicious! Believe me it's worth the drive from Ral. To Durham.

Food is good and you get a lot. However, it's hot in there. Mgmt must be trying to cut cost by keeping the air conditioning off.
