Cracker Barrel

Nice Place to eat. Food was really good. I love it on Thursday because I like there Stuffing and turkey with gravy but for some reason they didn’t put the turkey and gravy on the same plate as the dressing, it was separated, not sure why. Overall everything turned out to be good. A little slow but I guess it’s because of Covid and being short staff. Service was so so.

I gave it 3 because the food was alright and our server Missy was great. I don't like racist people. The MANAGER pushed a drink over on me. As I'm outraged at his response. He didn't acknowledge what he had done and a server walked around this partition and told him as if he could not see or hear me. He then told her thank you and proceeded to wipe the mess up still pushing it towards me. My whole left side was soaked. Not once did he come to apologize. Two servers had to bring me napkins because it wasn't enough. I'm going to assume they cleaned it up upon my departure.At the end my meal was removed from the bill. My mom didn't want to go because of the raci at a different location. I tried to explain that's not all cracker barrels. Thanks to this guy, my mom will never enter another one. We left the hospital for relief and something to eat. My sister on life support at Duke and we 2.5 hours from home. Never thought this would be us.

Restaurant was not busy.. Was seated right away but had to wait at least 10 minutes for a server to come to our table to take our orders. Even though she passed our table 3 or 4 times with things for other tables and told us each time she'd be right with us.... Her name is Misty. Food was good but we had to keep asking for refills for our coffee..... The picture is of the scrambled egg hash Brown casserole which was delicious...

Overall my experience was pretty good. I will say that I ordered the steak medium the first time and it came out pretty tough. I sent it back which I don't normally do and received a pretty medium rare steak. I also wanted cheese on my eggs and I didn't get that. Other than that, the service was pretty good the food came out extremely fast and it was delicious.

Before we sat down to eat. We spent about 60 already in the store. It was my 1st and very last time going to ANY crackerbarrels. Our waitress Ms Deja's customer service sucked! I asked for french toast eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese and bacon she brought me pancakes (see pictures). I asked where silverware was she was like in front of you. I made a comment about the eggs gat attitude do I want 3 vs. 2 we paid like 12 for the bill and stepped off. Ms. Angela was nice gave us free pancakes 2 go. Shout out to Ms. Jen in the store helped me find star wars mug that was in sale. I ended up getting a beanie ty dark vader stuffed animal.

Cracker Barrel on Hillsborough Road is short on cooks today. Nice and informative staff. I just ordered carry out and took my food as it was sealed. It’s a shortage of cook employees everywhere understood. However, I waited 45 minutes for this on a Mamas Breakfast. Half cooked bacon, only a knife as silverware, no pancake syrup and where’s the rest of my eggs??? 2 stars for the staff. Ok I went back as the Pancake syrup was missing too. I just want syrup as it was crowded. Mrs. patty apologized and gave me hot cakes again with syrup. It would take too long for the bacon eggs. Thanks Ms. Patty
