Fujiyama

This is high quality Japanese food that is reasonably priced for the quality of food. My daughter and I love this restaurant! We have tried several dishes multiple times and have never been disappointed. I saw one review that said they were pricey and I don't understand that. This was less expensive for us than eating at Outback or similar restaurant but higher quality. This is not an American style Japanese "Steakhouse" type of restaurant but I feel more authentic style of Japanese food.

The lunch special is a really good price for the quality. As shown in the photo, the filling is generous. I got the salmon skin roll and the spicy yellowtail, the salmon skin was very good and not overly crispy like some I’ve had in the past. The spicy yellowtail was tasty but not very spicy, although the flavor of the spice was there. I also got the sushi appetizer, the fish tasted very fresh! The squid (I assume, as they were all chef’s choice and not labeled) nigiri was honestly the best that I’ve ever had, very flavourful and the texture was great.
