Worst customer experience ever! This girl that was at the drive through has no respect for doordash drivers, made me wait over an hour for one item for a customer while every other customer passed by with their items!

Food was terrible, this place ruins the white castle brand/name. They need stop using old oil over and over again. I don't know how to explain that taste but it's absolutely horrible. I tried this location roughly two years ago and never went back because of it. Fast-forward to today, I figured I would try it again in the hopes they have improved and still, same thing. I got it around 4:30PM so wasn't super late in the day either. Will never go back here and honestly, its a tough choice to go back to any white castle after 2 bad experiences here. I wish I could get my money back but to me it's worst that I probably won't order from white castle again.

Food is good but the service that needs to be improved. The way the employees work there is like they are doing a favor to White Castle or they Customers. This is why gave 3 stars, only because of the food. Hope they change things around one fine day.

Don't bother placing an app order. I ordered w/ the app to save time. Arrived to find inside closed, and ~8 car wait in drive-thru.
Why is the app letting me place an order if inside is closed? Do they expect customers to wait ~30 minutes just to pickup an order they ordered 20 minutes in advance? Ridiculous.
2 stars because the times I've ordered via drive-thru have been OK.

Cold cheeseburger, cold under cooked fries, no tartar sauce for naked fish sandwich. Fish was hot and well cooked. Water bottle was ice cold. Dining room was closed even though owner verified it was open on Google. I'm used to so much more from White Castle - disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Ordered steamed double cheese burgers and received jalapeño double cheese burgers. Had to drive back to the restaurant for the correct order. Just for it to have no flavor. Unbelievable. Worst White Castles ever. Never again.

Delicious food. Prices are acceptable. Drive through service is horrible! Wait time when going through the drive thru average 30 minutes or longer. Doesn't matter what time you go. If time is important, avoid the drive thru.

Great food and service! If you decide to go later into the night be prepared for a pretty long wait however as they are understaffed. Asides from that this location is 10/10
