Dunkin'

I’ve Always Enjoyed Dunkin, however this location really needs better management. I came in before 7pm on a Saturday Night and ordered 3 Lattes and was denied service since the crew already started cleaning the machine. I understand if it were closer to closing time but stuff like this keeps pushing me away from Dunkin’.

I have had great service with this location and this is why I keep coming back. Most commenters below who are complaining of the wait, do not understand that if you are going during busy hours, rush hour between 7:00-9:00am, the walk-in wait will be longer. If you need your order quickly, either #1 order ahead of time through the mobile app, with time allowance for yourself and for the employees preparing your order, or #2 go in-store with the same concept. TL;DR: Plan accordingly. Order through Mobile App, double check your orders before leaving the store.

If you are looking for quick service this is not the place to go. I ordered a mobile order online and even waiters 5 min or so to leave my home to pick up my order. I arrived and within a few minutes my food was ready but not drinks. After waiting about 15-20 min and several customers who ordered in line had came and gone my drinks were finally ready.. I will not be returning to this Dunkin if I’m on a time crunch!

Very disappointed! Was going to buy a dozen donut for my kids but the lady server didn't change her gloves. She served another customer before me and took his payment and everything. Then I was next, this lady grabbed the box and just started putting the donuts in it with that same gloves. So I asked her to change her gloves kindly. She did changed her gloves but then added more donuts to the same box with the dirty ones. So I said can you take out the first one you put in coz I don't want them because they're dirty. This lady took the contaminated donuts and throw it back into their display tray!!!! I totally lost it and left without even taking my money back. She could have just used the wax paper to pick up the donuts if she didn't want to waste the her gloves. Day is ruined.
