How lovely was the woman serving us in Starbucks today. We travelled nearly 2hrs for our annual Christmas in a mug -Eggnog Latte and the Italian barista was SO nice. Very friendly, professional and provided great service. An excellent experience. Thank you : )

The toilets are an utter state. Gross stains everywhere. Cobwebs on the windowsill! Ironic because there is a sign outsidr saying it is newly refurbished. That clearly doesn't extend to the toilets.

The toilets are the worst in terms of cleanliness I have ever been to in a starbucks. Puts me off going. The smell of stale urine is so strong and really don't think they get cleaned at all,very disappointing.
