Subway

4/4/22- Just went to grab lunch for my boyfriend, who is at work. DEFINITELY NOT anywhere near the best Subway experience I’ve had. The employee acted like she couldn’t put meat and toppings on the sandwich. I had to repeat myself like 4 times about toppings. I asked for extra olives and she put like 6 little pieces of olive on a FOOTLONG sandwich. When your paying $12 for JUST a sandwich… it NEEDS to look like a $12 sandwich. This location is REALLY a rip off. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT be coming back to this Subway location. Owner/Manager needs to better train staff in reference to order preparation. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. THUMBS DOWN! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This is definitely not the best experience I’ve had at subway before. I came in at this place because I was craving a subway, at like 12 pm I hadn’t had lunch. I was in line and then she was taking my order and than another person after me, she was half way my sandwich and she literally skipped me and served the other guy. I think she knew him cuz she didn’t even ask what he was having. I told her to reheat my sandwich because it had been just there so long it got cold. Than at the end I told her that I came first and she started going like I don’t want to argue with you. Lady, I’m not arguing I’m telling you next time if I’m first in line I better be served first. Ugly experience. Vegetables are fresh tho! 😄

Went in yesterday for lunch with a friend. We went because of the 5.99 footlong coupon that is on their website. We were told that we had to PRINT it out, which is now what the coupon says. Ms. Donna said that if it isn't printed that she won't get her money... And how she can't go live with her mom because her mom is in a nursing home.... I threatened to call corporate and she got mad and told the workers to just give us our sandwiches for free and she would pay for them out of her own pocket. I'm sorry but that doesn't make me feel bad. I avoid this subway normally because of this lady. We literally only went there because of the coupon...

Sadly, I must give at least one star. When I visited yesterday, there was cross contamination where a vinaigrette or similar sauce was spilled into the tuna. They don't carry Monterrey cheddar bread, or the big Philly as a sandwich. So I had to order double meat and cheese. My meal was totally charged a-la-carte instead of being rung up as a combo. Supposedly, it was an 80 cent difference, but when they were going to process the difference back to my card, the customer behind me was ready to check out. So they rang him up first, and then started having difficulty with the terminal. I gave up waiting after 5 minutes of who's on first. The Subway across from where I work typically charges around 13 for the exact same meal after tax with me ordering the big Philly so I don't have to order the extras.
