Breakfast is usually good... tried the prime rib biscuit sandwich, it was dry and the meat was flavorless... I shouldn't have been surprised because we tried the prime rib burger awhile back and it was dry and flavorless too... looked like **** too... the commercials make it look so tasty... its not

Decent food, not too expensive. Popular with truckers over the lunch hour. they have a slider special between 2:00 and 5:00 in the afternoon. Located between a hotel and a truck stop in Key West on the edge of Dubuque.

Frisco burger is my favorite, got onion rings and a larger pop, $12 is way to much for what I got, but it was delicious

You need to retrain the employees on safe food practices. The guy grabbed the ice scoop out of the ice machine in drive thru without gloves. Scooped up the ice and filled our cup and put the scoop right back in. CROSS CONTAMINATION. I hope to God he doesn't have anything because he just potentially got EVERYONE tonight sick. GLOVES GLOVES GLOVES. Also getting my kids their happy meals and filling the bags once again no gloves. THE WHOLE 20 MINUTES WE SAT ON DRIVE THRU WAITING FOR OUR FOOD AND WATCHING YOUR STAFF I DID NOT SEE A SINGLE EMPLOYEE USE A PAIR OF GLOVES!!!!

Worst Hardee's ever. Ask for fresh fries and their cold. Ask them to fix it and instead of large they give me a small. I complain about that and get another small with attitude
