Beechwood House

Since our dad has gone into this lovely care home, he is a changed man. The excellent care he receives is outstanding , the staff are professional, caring to all and we cannot fault the level of care he receives. The home has a lovely atmosphere all the time and we always find our dad smiling and very content and well cared for. The activities are always varied and stimulate him. We are always kept well informed about his care. Thank you to all of you.

Both my mother and father have been in respite for a little over two months. I have to praise staff for keeping me informed of any care concerns which arise, their consistent approach to care and for pushing forward In encouraging my parents to engage with others. They have begun to relax and become comfortable in their surroundings. Nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff has been kind, compassionate and very kind to my family. It is lovely to see my parents smile and relax following a difficult few months. Riverhead will always be a first choice for any future respite care.

Thank you all at Riverhead Hall. Mum and Dad have been with you for 10 weeks now and they are so happy and well looked after. The care you are all giving them is excellent. Mum is constantly singing your praises and we are hugely relieved that they are both being cared for so well and with such obvious affection. Thanks again.

My elderly and much loved relative has been a resident at Riverhead for the past few months. I have nothing but praise for the staff. They have treated her with kindness ,dignity and respect. Her increasing needs have always been met. I get absolute peace of mind knowing how much she appreciates the homely atmosphere and loving care. I cannot recommend Riverhead Hall highly enough.
