always a good meal. but if you go later in the day they don't have a lot opitions usually all sides are is out of stock. EVERY TIME the Mac and cheese is out of stock. very disappointing

Good food, but the ordering process is a bit clumsy. The kiosk is confusing to those of us first timers. Prices are a bit steep.

Overall, it was a good experience. Sadly, they were out of french baguette, which I prefer to have over chips or an apple with my soup. But besides that, the soup and sandwich was delicious, and the service was great.

This location is always busy which is a means they have great food. And even though they are busy they handle the lines and crowds very quickly, which is a good thing! Their food is always good. I just signed up for the drink plan so I’ll be there more often.

Atmosphere: Panera Bread is consistent across locations. They are generally tidy (except after major rush times) and the seating is comfortable
Food: The food is consistent. You can visit any location and get the same food and drink, provided that it is in stock. The food itself is tasty and flavorful. Salads, soups, and sandwhiches are good to great. Drinks are also good. It’s very infrequent that the food will taste bad and if it does, they will replace it or make it right in another way. The ingredients are fresh and high quality.
Bottom line: This is the kind of place that you will return to if you find a favorite or two to order off of the menu. The menu changes occasionally and is varied and different from what you would get anywhere else.
Final words: It’s hard to knock a place that provides consistent food quality and friendly service. It’s not a gourmet restaurant, but it is a place you count on when you are looking for a good meal at a reasonable price.

Food is good. I'm glad to see the frontega chicken has returned, I always love that. Restaurant was clean and had a nice interior. It's nice to see a restaurant that is not designed around the goal of "easy to mop'... Fireplace and cloth chair back makes it feel more upscale and homey.

The food is very good and it’s affordable. Josh is fantastic! As soon as we walked up to the register he greeted with a smile. He took great care of us. When no on was at the register he walked the dinning room checking to make sure we had what we needed. He provided excellent service and you could tell that he cares.
