I like this place and would recommend it. A good Dexter burger from meat reared at the premises. During the week service can be a tad slow, if large groups arrive, otherwise it is good. So be patient and understand the situation. Would be nice if they had a drink license because a glass of Maggie's Leap would certainly add to the meal.

A great little area for a walk and good food. Large tent is the main focus with a log fire. Food is very good and staff friendly and pleasant. A dog friendly establishment with a forested area with good safe walking trails which go through a forest and down past a lake.
Parking is plentiful and only a short walk from the facility; a disabled drop off area is available.
There are also two small shops on the site.

I really enjoyed my food here (hot dog and fries) as well as the beautiful trails. Who knew a hot dog could be so good? I highly recommend and am considering a return visit while I’m in town.

Delicious food in a glorious woodland setting. Friendly service and well worth a visit. It’s not cheap, but it is good quality grub

Loverly burgers 🍔 and fries, we sat outside and Karma cola was a winner £60.55 for 4 of us ! Plenty of parking and nice shop too 👌 back again today ! Lovely iced coffee and flat bread food still awsome and we got a seat inside 😉👍

Loved it here, the setting is beautiful, the food is delicious (good vegan/veggie options) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this restaurant. You can go on trails in the woods and by the lake directly from the restaurant which made the experience even better.

Lovely place for eating out. The trails are not long but enjoyable. Their shop has Lovely products and their meat is out of this world. Go and experience it. Great place for a wedding, or any event

We really enjoyed our time here today. We eat inside the large teepee, next to the log fire. The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed it. There was also a musician playing an acoustic guitar and singing, he was great and had picked a decent setlist. Picked up a souvenir mug and went on a couple of trails in the wood. Would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Visited for the first time just before Easter travelling from Newtownabbey. It's a lovely spot and we treated ourselves to coffee and cake which was nice, but a tad pricey. The trails are enjoyable with lovely views across the lake and wildflowers to spot along the way. I just thought the trails were a little short.
