Stinkin Crawfish

I really love this place, but their customer service recently is terrible. Showed up to eat at 8:15 pm (they close at 9 pm) and they turned us away. They weren't seating any new guests. This is the second time they turn us away due to staff shortage, I'm assuming? I hate to give such a low rating, but customer service is a huge part of a dining experience, and I don't believe I'll be returning to a place where I've been turned away 45 minutes before closing time.

Came here for a date night. The atmosphere was welcoming and there were lots of tvs showing sports games all around. The staff was friendly and attentive to one's needs. The food was served hot. We went with the "stinking spicy" sauce for our combo and was very delicious. Be sure not to wear light colored shirts as it could get messy while eating. (Don't forget to wear the bib) Been here a few times and always look forward to our next meal.

The waiter was very rude, Told us to have a seat any where the paper was so we sat down. no one gave us an menu so I grabbed two from the counter when the waiter came he asked where did I get the menu i told him. His reply to me was ' next time wait until someone give you a Menu" i looked at him and told Bae lets go and walked out I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant. I did call and speak to the manger that was very apologetic and she did offer me discount and asked would i come back but I dont know costumer service is every thing to me.

Great price, love mild stinkin special half pound Great for solo. My 2nd choice for seafood, currently they have outdoor eating they close at 9pm but they stay open until about 10 for customers that stay chilling, last call is 8:30pm. Great service complimentary fried oreo with ice cream dessert. The specials are great went with a party of 8 still had left overs from 1 triple threat special and one with crab, lobster, and shrimp. I will like to mention the crab leg cracking things broke they were cheap plastic died on the first attempt we had one that we all had to share that didn't break. But overall it was my families first time going and my third they would all agree they would come again.

The staff was friendly. The quality of the seafood was really good. Everything tasted fresh. We got the stinkin combo that comes with crawfish, shrimp, clams, and mussels. The sauce itself was a bit bland. You could see garlic all over the bag but I didn't even taste it. If the sauce was better they'd be really good. I really liked that they give a bowl of limes right away and they also give free dessert of fried Oreo and ice cream. My wife really liked the way they make their michelada.
