Waited for 17 mins before someone took my order :/ they were super slow.
I come here cause I LOVE the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, and of course it was super flat, tasted like carbonation soda.
The chicken wasn’t done 🥹🙃
Heartbreaking cause this is the only kfc around 😅 and fat people like me need this in their life 😅

Did not take our order don’t recommend it we we at 8:58pm and there was car in front of us and kfc works let them order and not us 😡😡😡

Long wait few cars on line, people behind us left. New crunchy tenders ,ash potatoes and gravy ( gravy lacking on the spices. Macaroni and cheese, husband enjoys. I'd rather have green beans or wedges I adore the gravy so I notice when it's not right. Biscuits awesome. Chicken delightful.

I placed an order online @ KFC for Dover location, then I called to please make sure to add a fork $ honey! The young lady was very nice and sweet she no problem.
The order arrived by Doordash, I looked inside the bag 😡 No fork No honey
I call back to KFC in Dover and politely explained my issue, no I am talking with a young man he says " sorry". Then I ask him how am supposed to eat he says " he has no idea "

Felt bad for the staff, they were very busy and working as fast as they could and some customers yelling at them for the wait... we also had a wait but we understand and it was no problem at all. The food was very good and the staff was kind

The lady at the drive-through was very friendly! They were extremely busy and running low on original chicken, but she made sure she let me know as soon as possible so I could choose to order or not.

This is hands down the worst KFC in Ohio there is always a line clear to the street they are slow and they refuse to open their lobby it is like this every time I come here they are slow and have terrible service and I'm very disgruntled!!!!
