Burger King

For those that know me, I'm sure this is a shock. I do my best to avoid places that kill their products by halal. But sometimes you just have to have one of their grilled chicken sandwiches. Their 2 for $6 deal was perfect for Mom and me. She had the Whopper Jr and said it hit the spot. Though their food is good, it'll be a very long time before I go back again for the reason I stated above.

We went through there drive thru on January 18th at around 12:00pm we ordered a cheeseburger and cheese sticks with a small coke the lady took our money and we sat in the drive thru for over a half hour! Waiting on a cheeseburger and cheese sticks! The lady made our order and handed it out the window with the worst attitude not once did she say sorry for the wait or anything of the sort! For a facility on the Air Force base they should definitely hire more respectful and polite people I must say that was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had! I would not even rate them one star if I didn’t have to! Ridiculous! And the woman didn’t even give us the receipt for the simple reason of how long we waited on a total of 3 items including the small soda we got just insane

Is it possible to give zero stars? Extremely rude employees. Have never been so rushed on ordering when I'm the only one in line. If you are going ro rush me and make me feel like I am going to slow, when I get to the next meal do not cut me off and ask what the first meal was again and then still mess it up. I pray theses employees are not a part of the group trying to make $13 an hour.

Perfect Whopper for my 4-5 time a year 51 yo allotment! When I splurge on calories, nothing beats a Whopper and this BK makes them perfect. Fries where fresh and good and cheeseburger was good; but not a Whopper. Our "coke" was not a coke. As if she put every flavor in it along the line. Unfortunately was driving and wasn't turning around for a soft drink. Over all a "B" because the Whopper was an "A". We where in and out(minus a small order issue) quick. Order a "c" .

The food was cold and it wasn't very good They were also slow even know was only 10 o'clock at Night I ask for no pickles on a Burger And they were pickles on it I know this supposed to be fast food But maybe they should focus on better tasting food and fast In have better customer service skills I work for franchise Burger King back in the 1990s And I focus on hot and good food Back when I ran the kitchen I still get the food Out fast I had plenty up customers come back They said the food I made was so good Like a said before and know its wares food Said I think they should focus on the quality of the food And this is not what Burger King would terrible food all the other fast food places out there are same way And also they forget to give me the Taco It would have been the 1st time I will try it I know was only a dollar But when I get home and check my food I didn't feel it coming backup I know I should probably check my food before I leave the window But also trying to get out the way for other people beyond me

New Review! Since the reconstruction they have changed things up a lot including the food. Food is as expected now and served hot. The tables are always clean and they sell Veggie burger so that is a big plus. Previous Review: Disgusting, food went right into the garbage. Establishment was dirty, every table was nasty. Food was soggy and greasy and cold.
