I used the Dunkin Donuts app to order to-go ahead and picked up in the drive thru which made my experience convenient and quick. The cold brew coffee was great but I'll skip the Wake Up Wrap next time because it was not hot or that tasty.

Ordered mobile order and when I arrived it still took and little longer than normal. Once I received my order an item was missing. I was on my way to work and couldn't return to fix the issue and receive my missing item.

Two not so great experiences in row. Not sure if I'll choose this Dunkin location next time. Yesterday, my steak and cheese roll up was nowhere to be found 15 minutes after I ordered it to go. And then today, they skipped the whipped cream on my frozen coffee along with my bag of food being wide open for it to get cold and exposed. Either alone are no big deal, but together and two days in a row just seems a bit much.

Haven't gotten a fresh donut. Since the last time I saw that time to make the donuts guy. Oh. Don't make them on premises. Shipped by 18 wheeler probably now.. coffee may be good don't drink it

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Not too busy at the time. They selection of donuts could have been better, but it was fine for what I needed. The tall handsome guy at the register helped a lot.

Meh. We stopped for a couple drinks, breakfast sandwiches and some donuts for the next day.. (a good excuse to get rid of the gift cards) They somehow managed to mess up one of their best (and has to be easiest) menu item - hash rounds. They were luke warm and soggy. The drinks and donuts were ok. Sandwiches were a little better than the hash rounds.The store was clean for the most part. We felt like a burden tho - rushed thru the order process and no choice but to listen to employees bad mouth drive thru customers for showing to up pay their wages.

Went to redeem my free beverage reward and was charged $.25 for almond milk. I've been a customer for years and have never been charged extra for almond milk. I guess I get penalized for having a milk allergy. This is my sign that I've spent WAY too much money here and am not a valued customer. Time to make my own coffees from now on.

Went in with my kids and their drinks taste like water. The got the strawberry mango I think refresher. It took them forever to give me my second order, I actually had to say something to them about that. My daughter ordered hash browns to go and they forgot about those too. So ironic how everyone was receiving their order but me.
