Fazoli's

Definitely the worst Italian food I’ve ever had I mean the dang lasagna tasted like like ravioli. The meat sauce is used for all sauce based dishes so no variation in the taste at all just the presentation.. I’m only giving it two stars because the strawberry Italian ice is BOMB ! Looking at the pictures my food looked nothing like some posted 2/3 months ago . Over than that I won’t look twice at this place.

This Fazoli's was just open right around a year ago or so and they have done a bang-up job. The staff was fast, friendly, courteous and professional. The interior dining room was empty most likely because of the pandemic but everything was sparkling clean. Unlike another restaurant visited earlier today I got a full set of plastic eating utensils without even asking. The food I purchased was made quickly according to my order and I'm sure when I bring it home to my wife she will be more than satisfied... great job Fazolis!

Do NOT eat anything here. Kitchen staff doesn't wear masks. Talked to management and they put on masks. One week later, same thing. Called their corporate office. Still no masks in the kitchen. Tried this Fazoli's again. The employees are wearing masks, over their mouths. Don't guess they care about government mandate or what the owner says. Don't eat here!!!
