Well , I always look before I go.
A full parking lot always means decent food. The food was decent. Better than waffle house. Waitress though, slow as molasses on benzos. And again for the most part the food was good minus the undercooked bacon and the waitress.

If you like IHOP pancakes and waffles you’ll love this IHOP. It’s always clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located. Decent service, ample parking and usually not much of a wait either.

I got a steak burger from there to go and it was delicious. The onion rings was fried just right and salty just right

Raw chicken tenders horrible coffee pancakes were substandard! The establishment has fallen off maybe 3 to 5 years ago 4 stars. Service was the only good thing! We were told that since we received RAW chicken that we were getting a manager discount which end up being a total of $3

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our Server Lou was the best. The food was delicious as always. My son doesn't like eggs but he loved the omelet. It was so light and fluffy just like the pancakes
