Cheeburger Cheeburger

This is why I don't typically frequent chains. They were out of lettuce. Lettuce. They literally could have walked down the strip mall they're in to Target and gotten more lettuce but they didn't. So when I asked for onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle they had to tell me they are out of lettuce. Lettuce. Also asked if they did orders of half fries half onion rings and they said yes and I said give me that, in a large. When I got my order back to the house it was just fries, no onion rings in site. Very disappointing. The burger was fantastic, as were the fries, but I really would have liked some onion rings and more than that I would have liked some lettuce on my burger. They also didn't ask how I wanted it cooked despite that being a seemingly big deal on their website. The staff was friendly and my order was ready when I got there but no lettuce? Are you kidding? Lettuce. Just walk down to Target and buy some heads of lettuce and cut it up. It's lettuce. Lettuce. With so many other options for burgers in Dothan and Ozark I can't my see myself going back there.

Stopped here while traveling back home to central Florida. We were the only ones with masks on in the restaurant, including staff. It doesn't necessarily bother me but it was a bit unusual. Young guy at the front counter was very nice, but it seemed like he could have used a little extra help serving customers. The food was better than other chain burgers we've had. Bathrooms need a lot of attention and smelled unpleasant.

Good food. I miss their old format where you could choose from 3 different size burger patties. Back then they also had about 15 to 20 toppings at no extra cost that you could choose from to create your own unique burger. Now they have a list of their preset combinations of options. I didn't even see a list of potential options if I wanted to create my own combination of toppings. Please bring back the older menu format.
