Lovely roast dinner and good service.

Probably the tastiest roast chicken I've ever eaten in my life. Wonderful crispy roast potatoes, cabbage and vegetables cooked to perfection.

Another lovely meal in the Royal Oak. Thursday night special. I chose the steak and my partner chose the Gammon accompanied with a nice bottle of red wine.
Steak was cooked exactly to my liking. Compliments to the chef and to Adrian and Calum.

Had a drink on our way back to our caravan. Sat out in the garden. Reasonably priced.

Had Sunday roast here with friends, was delicious, well cooked. Service was prompt and with a smile. Reasonably priced.

Nice countryside pub with a decent selection of lagers, ales and Guinness. Also do a Sunday roast with a selection of meats on offer which are delicious. A good place to stop after a long walk.

I have just had an amazing takeaway roast dinner. Not only was it prompt and collection was so easy and friendly but it was delicious. Moving house, packing and lack of time meant I couldn’t eat in. Wish I had now. Thanks so much folks. This was great

Treated my son to supper - Adrian happy to accommodate my request for smaller portion (for me! ) Choice of lovely real ale so we had to have two of course All taken in the garden with fantastic rural views Thank you
