Subway

We placed a mobile order at 6:00pm here on February 1st 2022. Said it will be ready at 6:30 come in at 6:30 and the lady is doing other things. Says she used the bathroom and was doing something else. This is ridiculous we have been waiting for over 30 mins when it should have taken less than 20 mins to make the order. I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be working in a place you have to be fast paced. I will be contacting corporate over this incident. It’s not the first time something has happened at this location!!!

Absolutely pathetic and awful. Roof or AC was leaking so they had ceiling tiles removed. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Horribly slow! Lettuce was starting to turn brown. Ham and mayo were weird smelling/tasting. Wrong type of chicken used for oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. None of my family finished their sandwiches. The employees could have cared less to actually move. It took at least 10 minutes to get our 5 sandwiches made and rung up. We eat at several different subways and this was by far the worst. If I could have given a 0, I would have.

Ordered online 1 hour ahead , recieved confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, the employee told me that they did not get a chance to make my sandwich and had to wait. The employee made my sandwich, rushing through the process and added very little quantity. Not worth the amount paid. This location lacks good management leadership and consistently has low employee count to accommodate the customers resulting in low quality sandwiches.

First off, I wish I could give ZERO stars! I would highly recommend going to the subway in town. The service at this location is pathetic and very rude. I have never seen a subway with only one employee working, who doesn’t care about their customers. I asked for double meat and my response was “I don’t care”, like really.. I asked for pickles and she said “I haven’t had time to make them today”, that doesn’t seem to be problem lady. Then she forgot to ring up my chips that I clearly had sitting on the counter and barely wrapped my sub. Will NOT be going back to this location.

Holly was horrible!! After our most recent visit to Rd., Ranger in Dixon Illinois we stop at the local subway inside which is 24 hours. We were greeted by a very rude woman as you can tell from the top her name was Holly. Not only was she rude but Repeatedly slamming containers of anything she could get her hands on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my own worst enemy.
