This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited. I come here frequently because of their location and there is ALWAYS an issue. Either they don't have products for months, the employees mess up a ton, and their bathrooms have been closed forever. This is straight up, a bad Dunkin donuts.

Hard working employees and Nice too even to customers who are impatient and highly disrespectful. Majority of things reviewers complain about isn’t employees control but the owner and the corporation especially the bathroom due to Covid

This is a SHOUT OUT to Antonio..this brotha was the ONLY employee running the entire operation and provided AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He should be awarded a cash incentive!!!!

I’ve been trying to support this place since I moved to the area strictly out of convenience. They are consistently getting orders wrong and have a new person frequently. This is clearly a sign that this place is being mis managed and not a great working environment. I would avoid it if you can.

If the manager isn’t there, there is ALWAYS a line. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order, and it still wasn’t ready. I had to cancel the order and drive to Starbucks.

My daughter's first time getting it and she loves it but she likes breakfast and sweets anyway 😂
Also prices were reasonable.

Came in on Wednesday, waited 20mins in line just for them to announce they were no longer able to take any orders do too problems with the system. They gave me one free coffee which didn’t make me feel any better because I came in for two. The following day I make a DoorDash order large hot vanilla latte, when my order arrived it was an iced latte with everything sitting in the cup not even stirred ….. I returned today line out the door , waiting 30 mins for coffee , I asked the cashier for a pumpkin donut he asked me more than 4 times to repeat which kind I wanted…. Only to realize he never rung up my second drink. The manager is very nonchalant and rude. And did not solve any of my issues in anyway.

0520 on Thursday, 15 July 2021. Lights were on, "Open" sign was lit, posted hours say they should be open. But door was locked. Tried knocking. Tried waving at employees. But no luck. No donuts for my crew. Do better! Or don't advertise that you open at 0500, when you don't!
