Great coffee as always 👌 Customer service terrible rude with attitude! …
Found a massive clump of hair in my drink unfortunately only once I'd reached the bottom. One of the most disgusting experiences of my life, I'll avoid from now on.
Staff rude with no communication skills. Drinks were nice. Food an issue. Ordered toast. Asked for white toast and received seeded brown bread which I’m unable to eat due to dietary restrictions. Luckily my daughter was on hand to eat it. Terrible service no customer service skills what so ever. Training in the food industry is needed.
Barista is in super rush to make coffees. This shouldn’t be the way of making coffees. I had to return my coffee unfortunately. Costa needs to train its baristas immediately.
Just really poor. Stood waiting to order, one staff member too busy chatting to a mate, one literally cleaning her fingernails with some scissors, one attempting to open some cups and one clearing tables. Left without being served. The staff need a serious shake up.
Service ok but the seating area is showing signs of wear and stained seating but the main gripe is that it's like ice station zebra no heating at all not a pleasant place to sit down in at all
