Went here as I’ve been here many times. New staff inside. The central in the dining area soda machine was turned off. The short filled soda refill was the cut off. This location is shortening your order. Not a lot of any customers coming here. We had better luck at the Whittier Blvd. Whittier CA location KFC.

No sign saying minimum bills. Didn't have change. Even asked me to go get it myself. IMO in this situation you should just give the customer the food since it was your fault not theirs. Don't come here. Brain dead staff. Always slow.

I had another craving for KFC last night. This location had disappointed me once before around lunchtime. Not their best day I guess. But, last night my bucket of original chicken was excellent. The skin was nice and crispy and tasty. The employee at the drive thru was very friendly and courteous. The order was 100% correct!

Terrible food this evening! Chicken,fries and bisquits must have been sitting there all afternoon. No napkins, forks, napkins, or butter and honey! If Kentucky in Diamond Bar is going to charge high prices your food should be edible. VERY DISAPPOINTED! They lost our business.

Sooooo slow! Had to go chase down the chickens. This franchisee doesn't honor TV advertised specials...$5 Special white meat only 1 piece! No "healthy" sides...very limited selections. Regular crust was soggy.
Chicken was large and tender. Had to pull off the batter...(so greasy it filled a load of napkins.) That means the grease wasn't hot enough to crisp the chicken and seal out the grease. Nasty mess! Place was clean. Restrooms...spotless! Service was "with-a-smile." Really sweet ladies so I uped it to a 3☆ performer.

The drive thru can get hectic. I waited literally for 25 mins in the drive thru throughout the whole process. I can understand why it's so slow though. Ever since the pandemic started, there's been a shortage of employees. I still love you KFC! Don't worry! But 3 🌟 though that's all. Lol 😂😂😂

Felt rushed when ordering. Not even covid testing sites are afraid to deal with a patient but his girl should stay home if she doesn't feel safe to be at work. Poor service.
