Huddle House

Food was greasy. It was Luke warm. Had to ask for napkins, sweetener, syrup, and creamer multiple times by multiple people. Was given 2 extra napkins had to ask for more. Workers running around with their heads cut off because noone had a certain job to do. So it was bad. If there was some organization about who does what job. Service would be better. Prices are stupid. $30 for 2 meals and coffees. Wouldn't go back.

We was there again today and got bad service due to the Manager not Training their employees correctly. This was our 3rd time getting bad service, the manager interrupted me when I was explaining to her what my order was supposed to be. After about 20 minutes they got my order correct, however they still didn't do my husband's correctly. They need New Management!

Amazing Food! But even so the prices are going to drive me away. Cost me 33 dollars yesterday for me and my mother to have breakfast. The place stays packed so why the gouging? Costs 2.50 for a side order of toast? $2.50 for a drink .already at $5.00 and haven't started on the real stuff yet. We are going to miss this place. Staff are nice and helpful. But I feel like a normal person can't stop in with a family anymore,out of fear of the bill. To be fair it's not just here. Everywhere is getting this way,prices going up. But regular blue collar families need breakfast too. Maybe I'm cheap

This food was so good. And the way they put together our takeout order was very good. They showed attention to detail which I feel as a former did service worker and customer service employee all my life..... more often than not its the smallest things that make the biggest difference to if a guest will possibly never return and possibly spread word that could cause you so much in lost revenue. And then there are people like this who care even down to how many steps you wanted. Packed everything by the book and it all was able to be eaten all as it would have been at the restaurant right in my bed at home. Lol. Thank you huddle house team member.

After several years of not eating at this location, we went back to try again. I gave order and explained how i wanted food cooked nothing special or out of the way. Same things happened and I dont believe they care seeing how we told them before ordering how awful food was cooked before. Guess they thought It didnt matter. Undercooked food. Both of our knives were dirty and never even offered us a clean one just took them. Waitress was nice but they cared less.

The food they did not communicate in the kitchen while cooking the food was not cooked to par like it should have been they charged way too much for food that they do not know how to cook this will be the last time I take my family or my parents to your huddle House since you guys don't know how to communicate and cook food properly you do not deserve to have business at any given time and this is the worst food I have ever tried and tasted
