My husband loves 5 Guys. He's disabled so when he wants take out this is what he wants. And I used to love it, too. But not so much recently. Recently when I ordered a little bacon burger I got it home and there was no bacon. Granted, the last time I was there -- Friday -- I told the girl at the counter and she made sure there was bacon. So customer service is still excellent. That said, $30 for two small burgers, one medium fries, and one milk shake is not sustainable for us. So 5 Guys is something I need to save for a special treat and replace his usual take out with other options.

Great , fast service. Area was very clean and nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Enjoyed this restaurant and will gladly return. Highly recommend.

Burgers are always bangin' and dayum are those Cajun fries deeeelicious!! This location is definitely the best one I've been to and I eat at pretty much any Five Guys I find myself in close proximity to so I have been to enough to make a fair assessment. Heck I flew from D.C. to Syracuse Sunday and enjoyed a little bacon cheeseburger and small Cajun fry in the air and it was the best in flight munch of muh life (pretty sure the every passenger was jealous of my breakfast 😝 I also just realized I ate five guys on the way to my flight out of Syracuse on Tuesday.... I might have a problem 🤣 (no ragurts)

Stopped in at 530 on a Friday (busy!). Friendly staff, quick service, clean restaurant. The work ethic and teamwork going on behind the counter was something I haven't seen in a long time. Fantastic meal, and worth the splurge on the milkshake. Kudos to new manager Jamie, and crew!

The new manager, I think he said John, is amazing, I haven't gone in a while because of my previous experiences with the staff being immature, messy and terrible cooks, but I met the new manager and instantly he was so kind and caring asking if I needed anything as soon as I got to the counter, and made sure my food was perfect, he was very nice to the workers and was keeping them in a positive mood which was very nice to see, my burger was made perfectly! My ONLY complaint was there was no mustard haha!
To the new manager if you see this:
You're doing amazing, keep it up, you won't go unnoticed!

We had the veggie sandwich and 2 little hamburgers. The hamburgers we good. The veggie wasn't the greatest. Usually it tastes better then it did. The mushrooms were over cooked and chewy. I asked for extra mushrooms and I didn't receive that. Which was good in this case as they weren't the best. The fries were good as usual.
The dining area was very neat and clean

My husband and I stopped at the Five Guys on Rt. 31 Clay. He ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions while I ordered a hamburger with grilled onions, tomato and pickles. We shared an order of regular fries. Burgers are 2 paddies. Delicious and made to order. NEVER pass up the fries! They are best warm. Prices are reasonable. We at for $30. Love 5 Guys.

First time at Five Guys, this place legit. They patient with you and don't rush you to decide before you're ready. Bacon cheeseburger was insanely good. I now have a lifetime supply of fries to bring back to my room so I'm hype.

This was my first time eating around Five Guys and I must say the food was just about perfect. I can't comment on the fries which are supposedly the stuff of legends, I don't really like fries and so I didn't order them. At the time I went it was shortly after they opened for the day which is a rather late start 11AM. The place was spacious and empty. By the time I finished my food it had become quite crowded. I did have one of their milkshakes and honestly I was dissapointed, it was quite liquidy and not too cold leaving me wondering if there had been any ice cream in it. Other than that I was satisfied and will eat there again.
