Pizza Hut

I've never had a problem with this Pizza Hut until today. Pizza was burnt on the crust it did not look good at all. Patches of cheese missing like they made it in a hurry. Bread sticks were hard and the mini apple pies were broken with holes in them and super hard to bit into. When I called the manager Anita and let her know about the situation she would not replace it because we took bites of 4 pizzas because it was my kids and I and when I asked for her GM she said she wasn't there at the moment so when I asked her when will she be there she told me to call customer service and they can give me the number and give me that information. I went to get a pen and she hung up the phone I tried calling back and no answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Stood at the order window for 5 min before anyone noticed me. When someone did notice me they just looked at me and walked off and told someone in the back “someone’s up there”. Aside from that the exterior of the establishment looks tired with mostly all of the paint peeled off. The interior lobby where people eat looked like a storage and work space. Cleanliness isn’t a priority here.

Asked the waitress about specials and she said 2 large pizzas for 19.99. We asked how much for extra toppings and her response was that if we added toppings that would negate the special. I told her but we are wanting to pay for extra toppings but her answer was the same. While dining there the kitchen area was very loud with yelling and joking around which was not businesslike or the way to enjoy your dinner.

Customer service not the best ! Then they make a face when I pointed out they were Short changing me. A Very bitter experience. Some short lady name Anita walking around with a constipated look on her face. And wirh a matching attitude. Employess standing around , and a guy reading the newspaper. 1 Pizza ordered made without any marinera sauce. And the customer service sucks. I Called to complain around the pizza. She did offer to bring the pizza back, and she would get it replaced.We lived 15 miles out. I wasn't going back , This never should have happened in the first place. We were the only customers there. No excuse !

This location never puts enough cheese on their pizza, literally all bread a sauce. I got so sick of this that I literally bring my own bag of cheese a put it on myself-it does completely melt on the way home. I confirmed this with an ex employee that they are tought to spread the most thin layer of cheese because it is the most expensive ingredient. Also the employees are taught that when cheese is low,they actually put less cheese. Which I don't even know how they could put any less cheese. There is no other option for take out pizza in Devine so I'm stuck with buying my own cheese and applying it in my car, Ovoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! FOOD WAS DECENT BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE. OUR WAITRESS WAS SO RUDE, WE WERE NEVER OFFERED REFILLS, THE STAFF SAT IN THE BACK DINING AREA AS IF THEY HAD NO CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT. AS IF THAT WASNT ENOUGH, THE TEMPERATURE IN THE RESTAURANT WAS RIDICULOUSLY HOT. THE KIDS AND I WERE SWEATING AS WE WERE EATING. NEVER AGAIN.
