Taco Bell

It's okay. I like the real deal myself but my wife not being Hispanic like myself doesn't know the difference and she loves herself some taco bell. Me on the other hand is Hispanic and I do know the difference and this place to me is just ok. They have a couple decent items every so often but still not good enough for my taste.

They were rude to take order. When u ask something they talk loud with u and when i ask for fire suace they just give me 1 i almost spent 26$ and just one suace. Last six year I’m regular customer for taco bell everyweek i go at least 5 time maybe more but not less but i have never seen this kind of service fires without naco cheese and fires are cold i will never go in this taco bell again till i die. And prefer others not to go. I had to go mcd for food.

Sylvia/Sylvana (I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name) was who took care of me at the drive thru. She gave me MAJOR attitude during drive Thru. I ordered three items. On the screen it only showed two so when she asked is there anything else I POLITELY said the third item. I still didn't see it on the screen so i kept repeating cause I wasn't sure if she heard me SINCE IT WASNT ON THE SCREEN. Instead of just letting me know she did punch it in and it's just somehow not showing up on the screen she kept giving me attitude repeating IS THAT ALL . I pulled up to window and she kept fidgeting purposely not opening up window. I saw her just standing there like she purposely wanted me to wait. I asked her , "can I get your name m'am" and she ignored me . I had to keep asking her until she finally responded. I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name. But this was on Sunday April 10th at 10:20AM. So whoever the lady was working drive thru that day was SO rude. You can tell she hates her job clearly because she's reflecting it on a customer. She also PURPOSELY took long to take my card & give me my food. This location is on my way to work and I've been coming here for YEARS. And today because of her I will never go back. I see so many reviews complaining about the lady in the drive thru being super rude and I wouldn't be surprised if she's the same one who took care of me today yet she's still there. I'm not sure why they're keeping a rude worker who is upsetting so many customers .

The night/late night big guy/manager working is not only rude but messes up our orders when we go thru drive thru. Tonight, they didn't add Two 7-Layer burritos, 1 Fiesta Potato, and extra jalapenos on Two different Nachos Belgrande orders. We've had experience with him not giving us our reciepts or not giving back the proper change (stealing). Ever since he manages night shift, food and service is terrible. We will drive to other TBs from now on. We asked for extra FIRE sauce and they gave us a mix. These are the saddest Mexican Pizzas I've ever seen.
