Dunkin'

I went here yesterday because I was craving a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and I was shocked. When I pulled up to order the guy working there had a terrible attitude. He didn't even say hello, so then I didn't understand him and he yelled "OKAY" twice. So, I pulled up to the window and he didn't even tell me my amount, he just grabbed the card swiped it and gave it back. Then I waited a few minutes and his coworker handed me my bagel (which she did say thank you and was friendly) but I left completely shocked and my bagel was super stale. Just a horrible experience. I would give it no stars if I could!!!!!

Its your average DD that is scaled down in size due to it's being inside of a BP Gas Station. You can sit down and enjoy a donut and coffee, however there are only four tables in which you can choose from. It is quite cramped, and again, this is inside a gas station. The donuts are hit or miss..there have been a few times when I experienced not the freshest of selection. Bagels are a menu option that deplete rapidly. Also, they charge .25 for each butter - which to me is insane. Customer service is also not the greatest. The location itself is very convenient and has a drive thru.

I went to the drivethru and ordered and MEDIUM SIZED AND THEY GIVE ME MEDIUM SIZE BUT ITS NOT FILLUP. How come you guys giving to your a costumer like that also they give me the wrong donut o order CHOCOLATE DONUT THEY GIVE ME A PLAIN DONUT. YOU MUST DOUBLE CHECK. And make sure it’s fillup the cup. Not giving a half drinks to your costumer. We’re paying what we’re buying. So give us the right order and right portions.
