When it comes to reviews of a place like Subway I feel like we all now what's up. We've at the least once been to one or catered at work or party.
Unless I'm eating something new or different, a review on Subway, for me, is on the particular stores cleanliness and attitude of employees.
This store in des Plaines had both, super clean store and friendly staff.

Place looks clean, on my visit I wanted a tuna sub but tuna looked old and disgusting, so I ended getting a chicken sub.

Bread is always fresh, employees quick to make a sandwich.

For some reason, all Subway are going down. The food is still the same. It's the customer service and hygiene practices that irritates me.

It's a Subway. The staff here are always friendly and the food is always fresh. They make the subs very quickly and keep the place clean. Not sure how or when, but I sometimes randomly get a free cookie when I order a footlong sub at this location. There's another Subway nearby, but this one is hidden a little bit and therefore faster to get in and out of because it doesn't get insanely busy most of the time. I go here at least once a week.

Great Subway store with friendly and efficient staff! Easy access, parking is plentiful. One of many local places hurting for business, and I encourage everyone to remember to patronize them.

They cant even wear masks during the covid really. None the less get an online order correct then when u go back ask them to fix it or refund you they refuse too. Well health inspector as well will be called and corporate. They need to be closed down place smells and is also dirty andnrhey serve there what suppose too be hot sandwhiches cold. Done never again.

Seemed very clean but that's not saying much since its in a nearly vacant shopping center. Very rude employees. Felt like I was ruining their day ordering a sandwich from a sandwich shop. Then they shorted me on meat. I eat at subway often and know that the Italian BMT gets 4 slices of ham, and 6 each of salami and pepperoni. They gave me 5 each. Not really a huge deal but I didn't get what I paid for. Then I was told I was wrong. If I am then fine but I'm pretty sure I'm right
